today physics was so damn fun. Especially when mr kang said _ _ _ to get the class to play attention, haha.
so it was NAPFA! woohoo. Went for standing broadjump first. Had a pathetic 215cm.
so it's like
first try - 208cm
second try - 211cm
3rd try - 211cm
4th try - 215cm ( but not recorded cause teacher said it's same grade >;[)
5th try - 208cm
6th try - 211cm
walaoeh.
and ang hao yi 283cm zzz Then went shuttle run, 10.5s ]; 0.1 to B. Then sit and reach 46cm A! Sit ups , zzz 38-.- disappointing sia. Incline pull up 27. Just nice A. :D Not bad la. It was jonathan tan who used it before me. When i went there, it's like so super wet... Then re run shuttle run. Thanks to mr. sum, 10.0s!
